An Altar is Born! Few months ago my blood brother opened a sacred door by sharing to a men's Circle the photo of an Altar I had made for my son Roman - A protective Shield with his 4 animal guides as he crossed the Atlantic ocean to move to New York. (See Below)

In the sharing an other Warrior moved forward to commissioned me and entrusting me with something truly sacred: his 8 Animals Guides. The connection was made to be followed by a real and beautiful creative adventure.  Hours of Skype call, emails and sketch going back and forth then the making began.  (See Below the finished piece)

Azul,
The realisation of this magnificent altar with all my animal totems was for me a beautiful adventure.
An adventure full of emotions, doubts and questions where our desires and our intentions were left to dance together
A journey where you knew how to listen to me, understand and transcribe that listening in a wonderful way.
What I especially appreciated was to participate in the co-design of this altar
You enabled me to be truly involved, listening to my ideas, my intuitions, my remarks and also my criticisms
You knew how to take them, transform them by adding all your creativity and talent without ever distorting them
I also loved seeing through your photos and your ‘making’ film the birth, evolution and finally the realisation of this altar
I find it beautiful and powerful.
It has an incredible strength

La réalisation de ce magnifique autel avec tous mes animaux totems a été pour moi une belle aventure.
Une aventure pleine d’émotions, de doutes et d’interrogations où nos envies et nos intentions se sont retrouvées pour danser ensemble
Un véritable voyage où tu a su m’écouter, me comprendre et retranscrire cela de façon merveilleuse.
Ce que j’ai tout particulièrement apprécié, c’est de pouvoir participer à la co-construction de cet autel
Tu m’as permis d’être véritablement partie prenante en écoutant mes idées, mes intuitions, mes remarques et aussi mes critiques
Tu as su les prendre, les transformer en y rajoutant toute ta créativité et ton talent sans jamais les dénaturer
J’ai également beaucoup aimé voir à travers tes photos et ton film la naissance, l’évolution et enfin la réalisation de cet autel
Je le trouve beau et puissant.
Il a une force incroyable
Chaque animal a sa propre personnalité, son propre caractère, sa puissance et raconte une histoire
Ils me parlent, ils m’inspirent et je ressens le lien sacré au règne animal et à ce qui a plus grand que moi et qui me dépasse
