WHAT WILL WE MAKE? beauty-beauty and more beauty...
~we will start with intuitive writing, checking in while following as attentively as we can, the movement of our creative Soul.
~we will make an eARTH POD with our allies, to gather our sacred things into.
~we will work with clay or wood for the making of an Inner Council set.
We will gather on ZOOMland and spend time out of doors to our 'Courting place', away from the screen.
We will be as close as possible to the way we could be in a workshop by the garden.
There are no tickets available for individual Sundays. We will start together and aim to complete our creative journey together.
There will be optional 'homecoming work' between the sessions.
I am so very delighted to meet you all soon and create together the world of our longing through arts as prayers & sacred beauty!

WHAT PREVIOUS PARTICIPANTS SAID:
Words feel inadequate to express my gratitude for the experience of the past six weeks. I had felt called to the course with a desire to learn ways of deepening my relationship with the Land. The journey has gifted that and more.Your gentle guidance on this path of remembering our intimate relationship with all beings, through art as prayer and treating actions as sacred, has been exquisite. The projects and processes you have so generously shared with us and the wisdom that has woven through them have landed in my body. The deep listening and mindfulness of action and intention resonate as if long forgotten knowing is rising like the sap in Spring. Settling in to courting the land has truly felt like a blessed homecoming.I honour the gift you bring and will do so every time I use my Earth Pod and Inner Council pieces. Blessed to have journeyed with you and hope one day to meet in person so I may hug the beautiful soul that is you.Love and blessings. Becky x
The journey through Earth Art filled my soul and brought to light so many ancient ideas. It was truly a gift to sit in community with you and people from around the world.I appreciate your transparency with responses such as: “that is not my language” and modeling the gift economy. With passionate embrace and heartfelt words, you held a gentle and deep container like none I've felt before. Taking these seeds out to our community will benefit so many.I honor the sacred art, prayer and poetry combination as well as your service and wisdom! Many Blessings on your travels! Candace
The EarthArt journey was a unique opportunity to partake in some of Azul's vision for Souland and in her way of being in the world. There is a special, mature quality in Azul that you will find in very few places. She is fully committed to her work of soul activism, grief composting, and earthly ritual in a very deep and tender-hearted way. To be around someone with that quality of connection to the state of life on this dying earth is a rare occurrence. She's been on this path a long time, has worn this path for a long time, has been worn by this path for a long time, and has learned to navigate her way in and out of many cultural norms to forge new ways of being and speech that offer greater respect to the Earth and to our own souls. In the EarthArt workshop every member of the group was involved in creating, stitching, and weaving together an earthpod (a small, personal, sacred bag) and communing with an special outdoor 'courting place' as a co-creative partner for this endeavor. I recommend this workshop to anyone who would like to deepen in their exploration of the union of nature, their inner-being, the state of the world today and their personal creative talents.Thank you Azul. Love,Maya.
It as such a joy to be guided by Azul in the spiritual and grounded practice of EarthArt. To make beauty in prayer and be inspired by the Earth in ritual. Thank you Azul for nourishing us so deeply and showing us how to speak from the soul and weave our prayers together in service to the land. The gift you gave us was transformative and very precious. This art/craft course was a joy on the path of creativity, not only a physical creation but a weave of souls also. Azul guided us along a beautiful and enchanted path to a place where we could drop into deep trust, care and nourishment. We also had a chance to meet the inner council and explore the many aspects of what it means to be a woman. Katrina
Dear Azul, Thank you for this eARThArt journey. I very much appreciated your presence. Although your spirituality and practice take a different form to mine, I felt your depth and authenticity, and I trusted your leading. You listened to each of us deeply, and really saw us, and that was a gift. From what I can see, you are a fierce and loving warrior for the earth who ‘walks the talk’, and I admire the way you live in trust of provision. I was very moved by your art that you showed us - you bring a depth and intention to your practice that I am trying to find for myself. You held the zoom process with sensitivity and creativity, and were able to adapt when needed. Although it’s a course I imagine would be best held ‘in person’, I was happy for the opportunity to take part on line, and it was a delight to meet with a group of women dispersed around the world. I wish you well in your time of rest and reflection, and I thank you for your contribution to the life of the planet,Annette
Azul facilitated a wonderfully transformative experience. She created an inclusive and welcoming space that was held gently that allowed for good connection with each other, with ourselves and with nature. She is a weaver and embodies integrity. Even though I would prefer to work face to face it would only really be possible for me on zoom and I felt Azul created an excellent balance of on and offline working and created intimacy which is difficult to do online. I really valued this experience and would highly recommend to others. In gratitude. Claire Quinn
